German authorities recently approved KPS’s petrol pipe system for the German market, which is also a market of strategic importance to KPS. Through the establishment in Spain, the company continues to expand and take market shares in Europe. The Spanish subsidiary will be called KPS Ibérica, and is a jointly owned company together with Grupo Soteinpe, formerly distributor of KPS products and also manufacturing fuel tanks.

KPS will be majority shareholder in KPS Ibérica and Lars Selling takes place in the board of the company together with other representatives of KPS and Grupo Soteinpe. Gabriel Sierco, CEO and share holder in Grupo Soteinpe will be managing director of KPS Ibérica. The process of recruiting a sales manager has started.
– Our ambition is to be close to both the installers and the end users of our products, in order to understand the local market and provide the right service, says Gabriel Sierco. Therefore, KPS Ibérica will work directly with the large oil companies like Repsol, Petrogalp, Cepsa and others, and with KPS installers in both Spain and Portugal. – KPS Ibericá will have a high presence and a high level of service level and delivery performance to installers all over the iberic peninsula, says Gabriel Sierco. The location of office and warehouse in Zaragoza in an advantage in terms of logistics.
