. To process your request as quickly as possible we will ask you for the following information:
Product and quantity concerned
Serial number or batch number
Photos of the product installed
Description of the problem and when and how it occurred
Depending on the type of problem we will ask for additional information and sometimes pictures that give an overview of the installation site. The more information we have, the quicker we can help you solve your problem. If a product is cut out to be replaced we ask you to send the sample to us in one piece for proper examination.
If you need a KPS technical support engineer to come on site, we will do our very best to arrange this.
